The Problem:
Charalambos and Eleni came to me looking for their dream home for raising their family. They were not sure if buying or building was the right thing to do. Agents wanted to sell them on off-plan developments which tend to carry a lot of time-risk (e.g., projects overrunning) and bad building materials depending on the developer. Similarly, developing your own plot can be cost-risky if you don’t know who to trust nor what materials to use.
Solution:
We first looked at the available market options that matched their budget and requirements and concluded that developing a plot that they already had was the most cost-efficient and future proof option. To that end, I helped them choose architects, contractors, and materials. I liaised with all these parties and was by the couple’s side through the process, answering questions, reviewing tenders, managing, and overseeing that the process remained on course.

“We had the pleasure of cooperating with Constantinos in 2018. He acted as our own construction management consultant and was engaged with the project of building our first home, from start to end.
