The Problem:
Charalambos and Varvara came to me wondering if they should buy an off-plan or used apartment. Their budget was limited and they were worried about the quality of the property they could find in this budget.
Solution:
We first shortlisted various online listings and then arranged to visit and view their favorite options. Due to the current market availability and price/sqm of a used flat as well as new building regulations on energy performance, I advised them to proceed with the purchase of an off-plan apartment. I then helped them review their options, checking every aspect of the buildings including finishes and materials to assist them in making an educated choice. Once there, I helped negotiate the sale price, reviewed contracts, i was present at site meetings and performed the final check before project delivery.
