The Problem:
Lidia and Orestis came to me confused and distressed. They had too many options ranging from buying a new flat, to renovating an older one. They wanted a perfect penthouse located by the coast, but all the properties they were finding were far from ideal, or if they found a great property, it was so out of budget, they were not able to consider it as an option.
Solution:
We first shortlisted various online listings and then arranged to visit and view a their favorite options. Once there, I consulted and pointed out potential problems (humidity, noise, built quality, etc). When we were down to two options, I helped negotiate the sale price, reviewed contracts, and was there when they finally received the keys to their flat.

Having recently moved to Larnaca from the UK, we were quite unsure what our options were and what the market was like. We visited several agencies, searched and seen everything there was to see online, and even did a few viewings. After months of searching, we felt that we had made zero progress.
We thus reached out to Constantinos for help who first talked to us about the Cyprus market and broke down all our options. Through talking with him we eventually realized and managed to clarify exactly what we wanted and what was truly best for us right now. For example, we both work from home a lot so we needed extra office space which is not so easy to find in typical 2 and 3-bed apartments. With our newly discovered and clearly identified requirements, we then started a new and much more organized search. We would send Constantinos a few links to listings that we liked, and he also recommended a few from his own sources.
After a week, we had already identified a few good candidates, and Constantinos called and arranged the viewings. On the viewing day, we visited six apartments and Constantinos provided expert feedback and asked all the right questions to the respective seller/agent who was showing us each flat. It was exhausting but super-efficient as I was concerned about the built quality of some of the apartments.
The week after we arranged to re-visit our favorite apartment and Constantinos helped negotiate the price down by €35,000. This was €25k lower than what the agent said was the lowest they could drop. His negotiation skills were 100% backed by solid arguments, professional, and insightful. We closed the deal the day after, and then Constantinos helped navigate all the paper-work related to the transfer.
